Christmas Returns
Orders placed between 1 Nov–25 Dec 2025 qualify for exchanges until 5 Jan 2026. Refund terms remain unchanged.
How to Return
Request a return through your online account within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, follow the email instructions and return using a tracked service (postage at your cost) within 14 days of making the request. Do not attach labels directly to shoe/boot boxes.
Store Returns
Some items may be returned to a Rugby Heaven store with advance notice and printed proof of purchase. Stores cannot issue refunds; they only confirm receipt for our returns team.
Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need a refund. Items must be returned within a further 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Free Gifts & Offers
Refunds require all promotional items to be returned. Exchanges for size require only the size-exchange item; exchanges for different items require all offer items returned.

Mark Elias Well made jersey. A must for any lions rugby fan. Made to a high standard, very impressed, delivery was quick too, just a few days from ordering it was here.

Paul Middleton The design of the shirt is fine but the quality is poor there is no stitching lions badge nor is the Canterbury stitched it’s all transferred on which will last 5 minutes a couple of wash’s and they will come off !!!
