Although thinner than neoprene the compressive design of the Ultimate Compression Elastic Ankle Support offers a high level of support and is ideal for those who are allergic to, dislike the bulk and or heat generation of neoprene and latex. This Support is made with a material that has a breathable compressive four-way stretch and targets support to the area's you most need it. This is done by mimicking of the support and action planes of the key ligaments and tendons to reinforce them. The compressive element also helps to stimulate blood flow which can help to prevent the build-up of lactic acid during and post activity. This is turn reduces the possibility of cramp and stiffness whilst also being a valuable recovery and rehabilitation tool to injury.
