UK Shipping
FREE standard tracked shipping on all UK orders over £50.
FREE express tracked shipping on all UK orders over £100.
Be sure to select the correct option at checkout, standard tracked will always be the first selection

For orders under £50, standard tracked delivery is from £3.49 (approx. 3–5 working days), express tracked from £4.49 (approx. 1–2 working days), and premium next-day options are available at checkout. UK shipping covers England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Store Collection
Click & Collect is available from our stores for FREE. Your chosen store will contact you when your order is ready to collect (please allow up to 7 days).

European Shipping
Due to changes to EU shipping duties and charges we have temporarily paused shipments to Europe.

International Shipping
Rest of World tracked delivery starts from £19.99 with timings varying by destination. Additional courier options (including FedEx) are available at checkout where supported.

USA Shipping
We are currently unable to ship to the United States. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Customs & Extra Charges
Some larger items may incur extra delivery fees, and international orders may be subject to customs or import charges which are the responsibility of the customer.

This policy applies only to purchases made on rugby-heaven.co.uk. Items must be returned in original, resellable condition with tags and packaging.

How to Return
Request a return through your online account within 14 days of receipt. Once approved, follow the email instructions and return using a tracked service (postage at your cost) within 14 days of making the request. Do not attach labels directly to shoe/boot boxes.

Store Returns
Some items may be returned to a Rugby Heaven store with advance notice and printed proof of purchase. Stores cannot issue refunds; they only confirm receipt for our returns team.

Refunds
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you need a refund. Items must be returned within a further 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

Mystery Products
Mystery Products can be returned in accordance with this returns policy and your statutory rights. The exact product, team, design or style supplied may be selected at random, so receiving an item you would not personally have chosen is not considered a product fault.

We do not offer exchanges for a different Mystery Product simply because you prefer another possible outcome. Where the same item is available in another size, we will offer a size exchange where possible, subject to stock availability.

If you no longer want the Mystery Product, it should be returned through the normal returns process. Mystery Products must be returned in original, resellable condition with all tags attached. If an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect or try it on, this may affect the refund due where permitted by law.

Free Gifts & Offers
Refunds require all promotional items to be returned. Exchanges for size require only the size-exchange item; exchanges for different items require all offer items returned.

ShopPay / Clearpay / Klarna
Refunds are issued back to your Clearpay or Klarna account. These orders cannot be returned in stores.

Gift Vouchers / Credit Notes
Refunds are returned to the original voucher or credit note.

Faulty Goods
Contact us before returning faulty items. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, refunds or replacements will follow Consumer Rights Act 2015 guidelines.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
