Scotland Rugby Squad Announced for 2025 Guinness Six Nations

Scotland's head coach, Gregor Townsend, has unveiled the 37-man squad for the 2025 Guinness Men's Six Nations, featuring two uncapped players and the return of seasoned veterans.

New Faces:

Fergus Burke: The Saracens fly-half, who qualifies for Scotland through his Glasgow-born grandfather, earns his first call-up.

Jack Mann: The Glasgow Warriors No. 8 has impressed with his performances in the back row, securing his spot in the national team.

Leadership:

Sione Tuipulotu, the Glasgow Warriors centre, continues as captain after assuming the role late last year. Vice-captain duties are shared by Finn Russell and Rory Darge.

Squad Composition:

The forwards include a robust selection of back-row options, with Jonny Gray returning to the second row after recovering from injury. The backs feature a mix of experience and fresh talent, with Blair Kinghorn, Duhan van der Merwe, and Darcy Graham among the notable inclusions.

Six Nations Fixtures:

Scotland's campaign kicks off against Italy at Murrayfield on February 1, followed by matches against Ireland, England, Wales, and concluding with France in Paris.

With a blend of seasoned players and newcomers, Scotland aims to make a significant impact in this year's championship.
