Please be aware that once a shirt has been personalised we can no longer accept any returns or refunds of these items. If you are unsure of sizing please see our sizing guides or visit one of our stores to try the item on.

When choosing a delivery method for your customised order please be aware that a faster delivery time does not expedited the printing process. The printing can take 3-5 working days depending on current printing volumes. Your chosen shipping method will be active from the time the item leaves the printing process.

All four of our Rugby Heaven stores in South Wales offer a free collection service for your online orders.

If you choose store collection at checkout please be aware that this a process that could take up to 5 working days depending on stock availability and collection location. Your chosen store will be in touch with you as soon as your item is ready for collection.

Please be aware that all items marked "Online Exclusive" are items shipped in directly from our supplier and will take 1-2 days to arrive with us to be prepared for delivery or collection.

Our pre-order product stock is based on 50% of what we're expecting. When you purchase an itme on pre-order we will store your order on a list until that item comes into stock. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page is vague due to unreliability with supplier fulfilment centers getting the items to us.
